• You have been many years in the IT industry, why did you choose the specific path?
I have always been interested in IT, technology and economics, and have studied economics in high school. Having worked as an economist for a few years, I started as a salesman at an IT company, having remained in the IT industry in various roles since then. I have a hard time thinking of working in another industry as the IT industry is so incredibly developing and is constantly changing.
• Why did you choose Xllnc?
I most recently come from an IT distributor and lacked the contact with the end customer, therefore I applied for a return to the ÅF team. Xllnc is an exciting company with strong growth and a very good reputation among both customers and suppliers. This, together with a strong offer to the market and committed employees, contributed to me applying for Xllnc. It feels great fun and challenging to get involved and contribute to Xllnc's continued journey.
• What does a challenging project consist of according to you?
A project with a clear goal and deadline is challenging. For me, it is developing and inspiring to be involved and contribute with my knowledge and experiences that can lead to a change and improvement.
• Tell us what to do in your privacy.
With family and three children, as many other parents, I have been involved in my children's sporting activities during their childhood with all that it entails, shootings etc. Now that the children have grown larger, they have gained more of their own "leisure" and I realized a boy's dream a few years ago and took the motorcycle license. My eye stone is a Kawasaki Vulcan VN800.
• What is your focus in meeting with a customer?
Meeting customers is among the most enjoyable available, it provides a fantastic energy. Creating a long-term and sustainable customer relationship is personal contact superior, which many in today's digital host have forgotten. The important thing for me is to listen, ask questions and understand the customer and the customer's challenges and needs in order to be able to offer a good solution. In addition to that, I think it is important to keep what you promise and to feedback and follow up.
• How would you like to help Xllnc develop workspace?
With my previous experience of procurement, especially in the public sector, I hope to be able to contribute to winning new customers and business. Besides that, I will contribute to further developing the concept according to market requirements and the customers' future challenges.
